We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as simple and clear as possible, and give you all the information we can (but not too much) about your online transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery. It’s really important to us that your online shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase – they might change from time to time, so do keep checking back.
Prices and payments
As you would expect all our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery or installation. You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as they are unopened, in original packaging and you arrange for the return of the goods. This option is available up to 14 days after delivery.
Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you arrange return of the goods within 7 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or installed.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a certificate of posting and consider using a signed for service
* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods to our factory.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Missing, damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. If you don’t receive all of your products at once, you can check that they have been dispatched using a tracking facility via our courier. If it’s not on its way, you can contact us via the Contact Us facility on our website or telephone 0191 3388900 to acquire the tracking consignment number. Please inspect parcel/s prior to signing for any damages or faults.
You must sign for as damaged or refuse delivery if packaging/contents are damaged and notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can claim against the courier. The Bathroom Cladding Shop can not be held responsible for any additional labour costs you incur once you have decided to fit the panels if they are damaged or faulty. We are happy to replace any panels which are faulty or damaged within 14 days of purchase.
**Please note that the panels NOT UV rated and will discolour if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time, the panels are for interior use only, when cutting the panels we recommend doing this indoors to avoid exposure to sunlight.
**Please note that if purchasing panels on separate dates and times, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same batch number, as such there is a possibility of slight colour variations between batches, we therefore advise to purchase your panels in one go or as close together as possible. We cannot be held responsible for customers receiving different batch numbers when ordering on different dates.
